We are “Wild” about learning!

No where else in the Metro Jackson area can all ages get such a FUN educational experience! There are so many fun things to see and do at the Jackson Zoo, your students will not even realize how much they are learning.

From watching how the 3,000 lb rhino uses to mud to moisturize, or how a 1/2 inch cockroach defends itself, creatures of every shape and size can enlighten minds of all ages to the beauty and magic of the world around us. Our staff is passionate about helping people understand the environment and how we can both use and conserve for the benefit of all living things.
