Hours & Directions

Hours

The Jackson Zoo is open every day except Christmas. We are open from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Ticket sales end one hour before closing.

The Zoo is open during inclement weather, and because of the varying needs of the animals, some buildings, or exhibits may close early. Check out the Train, Carousel, and Shopping & Dining pages for current operating hours for the Train, Carousel, and Elephant Café, as these change seasonally.
